1、量產(chǎn)前試驗(yàn)以確定焊接路徑。由于全自動(dòng)焊接機(jī)器人是按照示教編程運(yùn)行的，這就要求編程人員先多次試驗(yàn)，根據(jù)工件焊接結(jié)果進(jìn)行微調(diào)，并確定好焊接路徑，以提高重復(fù)作業(yè)的焊接精度。

1. Pre production testing to determine the welding path. Due to the fact that the fully automatic welding robot operates according to teaching programming, it requires programmers to conduct multiple experiments, make fine adjustments based on the welding results of the workpiece, and determine the welding path to improve the welding accuracy of repeated operations.

2、根據(jù)工件性質(zhì)設(shè)定焊接參數(shù)。面對不同規(guī)格和類型的工件，按需設(shè)定焊接參數(shù)，由于全自動(dòng)焊接機(jī)器人的可重復(fù)編程特性，適用于多品種中批量生產(chǎn)。

2. Set welding parameters based on the properties of the workpiece. Facing different specifications and types of workpieces, welding parameters can be set as needed. Due to the programmable nature of fully automatic welding robots, they are suitable for mass production of multiple varieties.

3、實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程檢測減少傷人意外。在傳統(tǒng)人工焊接中，工人往往面臨著惡劣的作業(yè)環(huán)境，長時(shí)間接觸有害物質(zhì)，容易引發(fā)職業(yè)病危害，通過示教器的使用，能夠讓工人遠(yuǎn)離焊接現(xiàn)場，能夠遠(yuǎn)程檢測示教，避免出現(xiàn)傷人意外。

3. Implement remote detection to reduce accidents and injuries. In traditional manual welding, workers often face harsh working environments and prolonged exposure to harmful substances, which can easily lead to occupational hazards. Through the use of teaching aids, workers can be kept away from the welding site, and remote detection of teaching aids can be carried out to avoid accidents.

同時(shí)示教器具備多個(gè)功能按鈕，主要包括伺服啟動(dòng)開關(guān)按鈕、急停按鈕、快捷功能鍵、坐標(biāo)系選擇按鈕以及執(zhí)行速度鍵等功能，利用人機(jī)互動(dòng)模式，操作簡單利于上手。

At the same time, the teaching pendant has multiple functional buttons, mainly including servo start switch button, emergency stop button, shortcut function key, coordinate system selection button, and execution speed key. By using human-machine interaction mode, the operation is simple and easy to get started.
